Center of Creative Inheritance for the Future

Launched in April 2022, The Center of Creative Inheritance for the Future at the Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai) aims to construct a creative and circulative archive. Our goal is to encourage new forms of expression by archiving, preserving, and inheriting artworks as well as artistic resources, creative processes, and contexts that surround them. Opening our archive for public use, and establishing a system of collaboration within Tokyo Geidai and with the wider community, we explore the future possibilities of art.
